Refunds will only be provided for unopened items less the cost of return shipping. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Items shipped more that 14 days ago may not be returned. Items that have been used may not be returned or credited.

Store credit may be issued for items that have been opened, provided they are unused. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit if your item is not defective. Items shipped more that 28 days ago may not be returned for store credit.
