Refunds will only be provided for unopened items less the cost of return shipping. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Items shipped more that 14 days ago may not be returned. Items that have been used may not be returned or credited.
Typically, shop orders are processed and ship within 5-7 business days. During peak holidays, sales, and new product releases, our processing time may be longer and we will process orders as quickly as we can. Please note that processing time is the time spent preparing your order prior to shipment.
